# drive.google.com refused to connect

This is a known issue that refers to the way Google manages multiple accounts. Google allows users to sign in to multiple accounts at once. All your accounts have separate settings but, in this case, the settings from the default account apply.

#### The error:

<div align="left"><figure><img src="/files/yUpr5ANiBDm2r8gKZPbm" alt="" width="188"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

When you try to open a Coupler.io dashboard, you will see this error: *`error: drive.google.com refused to connect`*

#### To resolve this:

1. Sign out from all your Google accounts.
2. Sign in with the Google account that you used to install Coupler.io (it is required for this account to be the first one you sign in).
