Preview Data

Preview data and transformation (Data sets) allow you to have more control over your data, helping you to ensure its accuracy and consistency, which is essential for successful data analysis and reporting.

This preview feature allows users to view their data before exporting it into the spreadsheet or table, giving them the opportunity to detect any issues or inconsistencies before it is exported.

How to preview data?

1. Once you complete the source configuration, you’ll see the option to preview and transform your data:
2. When you click on it, Coupler.io returns a window with two or more tabs (depending on how many sources you have enabled). The Preview results tab will show the data values that will be imported into your destination file. If the data does not need any transformation, you could click on Proceed and continue setting up your importer.

What are Data sets?

Data sets let you transform and organize previewed data before exporting it. You can manage columns, filter and sort rows, combine sources, add custom formula columns, and format data types.

• It is prioritized in the interface, so you can find it easily
