If you use the sign-in with email option, you will be asked to confirm your email. You will receive a message at the address you gave. Open the mail and press "Confirm email". You should get this message: "Your email address has been successfully confirmed."

Sign in using the credentials you've created. After you sign in, you should get little Typeform. Complete it, and you're all set.
