AI-powered insights — Send your sales pipeline, customer data, or forecasts to Claude or ChatGPT for predictive analysis and recommendations

Prerequisites
A Zoho CRM account (Free, Standard, Professional, Enterprise, or Ultimate edition)
Admin access or permission to generate API tokens in Zoho CRM
Your Zoho CRM organization's base URL (e.g.,
https://www.zohoapis.comfor US,https://www.zohoapis.eufor EU)
Quick start
Before you begin, decide which modules you want to sync (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, etc.) and whether you're connecting to Production or a test environment. This will help you choose the right configuration when you set up your data flow.
How to connect
Log in to Coupler.io and create a new data flow. Select Zoho CRM as your source.
Generate a Zoho CRM API token. In your Zoho CRM account, go to Settings → APIs → API Tokens (or OAuth Tokens). Click Create Token and select your preferred scope (e.g., ZohoCRM.modules.READ for read-only access to modules). Copy the generated token — you'll need it in the next step.
Paste your API token into Coupler.io and select your Environment (Production, Developer, or Sandbox) and Zoho CRM edition (Free, Standard, Professional, Enterprise, or Ultimate). Your edition affects API rate limits, so choose the one matching your account.
Set a start date using the date picker if you want to limit data exports to a specific time period. If left blank, Coupler.io will sync all available data from your Zoho CRM modules.
Select the modules and fields you want to export (e.g., Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals). You can choose specific fields or include all available columns.
Choose your destination — Google Sheets, Excel, BigQuery, Looker Studio, or an AI destination like Claude or ChatGPT. If you're sending data to ChatGPT or Claude, you can ask them to analyze your sales pipeline or forecast revenue based on your deal data.
Run the data flow to test the connection. Once the manual run completes successfully, your Zoho CRM data will appear in your destination.
