Start by signing in with your Microsoft account. Coupler.io will guide you through finding your Excel file and selecting which sheets to import. No manual configuration needed.

How to connect

In Coupler.io, click "+ Add source" and select OneDrive. You'll be prompted to sign in with your Microsoft account.

Complete the Microsoft login flow. Coupler.io will ask for permission to access your OneDrive files. Grant access to proceed.

Select your Excel file from the file picker. Navigate through your OneDrive folders to find the workbook you want to connect. The picker shows all Excel files you have access to.

Choose which sheet(s) to import. If your workbook has multiple sheets, specify which ones you want to pull data from. You can select one or multiple sheets — they'll be combined into your destination.

Optionally set a range. If you only want to import a specific area of the sheet (e.g., A1:Z100), enter the range. If left blank, all data in the sheet will be imported.

Choose your destination. Pick where the data should go — Google Sheets, Excel, BigQuery, Looker Studio, or an AI destination like Claude or ChatGPT.

Run the data flow. Click "Run" to execute a manual test. Once it completes successfully, you can set up a schedule for automatic updates.
