Google Business Profile
Google Business Profile (GBP) is Google's platform for managing your business information across Google Search and Maps. With Coupler.io, you can automatically export your GBP data—including customer interactions, search keywords, and reviews—to Google Sheets, BigQuery, Looker Studio, or AI destinations like Claude and ChatGPT on a schedule that works for you.
Why connect Google Business Profile to Coupler.io?
Multi-location management — Pull data from all your verified locations in one place, no matter how many you manage
Multiple report types — Export daily metrics, search keywords, or reviews with a single connection
Flexible destinations — Send data to Google Sheets, BigQuery, Looker Studio, or AI platforms for analysis and reporting
Scheduled automation — Set up recurring refreshes so your business data stays current without manual work
Prerequisites
A Google Business Profile account with at least one verified location
Admin or Manager access to the locations you want to connect
A destination ready (Google Sheets, BigQuery, Looker Studio, or an AI destination)
Quick start
If you manage multiple GBP locations, start by pulling Daily metrics for all locations into Looker Studio. This gives you a unified dashboard of performance across your entire business portfolio.
How to connect
Sign in to Coupler.io and click New data flow.
Select Google Business Profile as your source and click Continue.
Authorize Coupler.io to access your Google account. A Google sign-in window will appear. Log in with the account that manages your GBP locations and approve the permissions.
Select your locations. Choose the verified GBP locations you want to include in this data flow. You can select one or multiple locations.
Choose your report type:
Daily metrics — Performance data like views, actions, and direction requests
Search keywords — The search terms customers used to find your business
Reviews list — All customer reviews and ratings
If you selected "Daily metrics" or "Search keywords", set your date range using the date pickers for start and end dates.
Select your destination — Google Sheets, BigQuery, Looker Studio, or an AI destination (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Gemini, Perplexity, OpenClaw).
Run the data flow manually to confirm it works. This is required before you can schedule automated refreshes.
