Quick start
LinkedIn Company Pages works best when you're tracking multiple reports over time. Start with one report type (like "Page: performance insights") to understand the data, then add more as you build out your reporting dashboard.
How to connect
Sign in to Coupler.io and create a new data flow. Search for "LinkedIn Company Pages" and select it as your source.
Authorize LinkedIn — You'll be redirected to LinkedIn to sign in and grant Coupler.io permission to access your Company Page analytics. Make sure you're signed into the LinkedIn account that manages your company page.
Select your LinkedIn Company Page(s) — Choose which page(s) you want to pull data from. You can select multiple pages if you manage more than one.
Choose a report type — Select the type of data you want to export:
Page: lifetime overview — Total followers, page visits, and engagement (no date range needed)
Page: performance insights — Daily/weekly engagement metrics like views, clicks, impressions
Page: cumulative posts performance — Combined stats for all posts on the page
Page: follower gains trend — How your follower count changed over time
Page: follower demographics insights — Who your followers are (by location, job title, industry, etc.)
Page: audience demographics insights — Who viewed your page (by location, job title, industry, etc.)
Post: individual posts performance — Metrics for each post (views, clicks, reactions, comments)
Post: video performance — Video-specific metrics (views, viewers, watch time)
Post: social reactions & comments count — Reaction and comment counts for each post
Set date range (if needed) — For time-based reports, use the date picker to specify your start and end dates. Lifetime overview reports don't require dates.
Choose dimensions (optional) — For demographic reports, select how you want to break down the data (by location, job title, industry, etc.).
Select your destination — Choose where your data goes: Google Sheets, Excel, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Gemini, Perplexity, OpenClaw, or another platform.
Run the data flow — Click "Run" to execute your first pull. Monitor the run status to ensure it completes successfully.
