Prerequisites
You'll need:
A Vimeo account (free or paid)
Coupler.io account
Permission to access your Vimeo videos or the ability to search public videos
Quick start
Start with "My account videos" to export your own video library. You can filter columns and add advanced filters to narrow down which videos appear in your report.
How to connect
Log in to Coupler.io and create a new data flow. Choose Vimeo Public Data as your source.
Click "Connect" and sign in with your Vimeo account. Coupler.io will ask for permission to access your public video data. Approve the OAuth connection.
Select a report type. Choose "My account videos" to export videos from your Vimeo account, or "Public videos search" to search for videos by keyword across Vimeo.
If searching public videos, enter one or more search keywords (one per line) to find videos on the platform. For example: "product demo" or "tutorial."
Select columns to include in your report. Common choices include Video Name, Link, Duration, Play stats, User Name, and Created date. You can also select video badges, privacy settings, and user location data.
Optionally add advanced filters to narrow results—for example, filter by content rating, video status, or creation date range.
Choose a destination — Google Sheets, Excel, BigQuery, Looker Studio, or an AI tool like Claude or ChatGPT.
Run the data flow manually to test it. Once it completes successfully, you can schedule it to run automatically on your chosen interval.
