# Fix missing Facebook Pages or Instagram Profiles

#### 1. Check your page permissions

Your Facebook account must have one of the following:

* Administrator access to the connected Page
* If you're using Business Manager, Page Editor access to the Page

If you're using [the new Pages experience](https://www.facebook.com/business/help/2752670058165459?id=418112142508425), you need Partial Access to the linked Facebook account.

#### 2. Reconnect your Coupler.io Facebook or Instagram connection

2.1 Click **Reconnect** if you see an error below the **Pages / Profiles** field or on the view page:

<div align="left"><figure><img src="https://1055512216-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FOFxU2LUkJMCfvbE2re5C%2Fuploads%2FehUaiiGl04gO3ogjDlku%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=e85f0505-6a65-403d-8529-535585c986da" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

2.2 Confirm the account reconnection if you reconnect from the edit data flow screen:

<div align="left"><figure><img src="https://1055512216-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FOFxU2LUkJMCfvbE2re5C%2Fuploads%2FdwduUFEvRlj58wvErUFp%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=6be7fbf1-201e-4d18-8b7f-5de3f23dbbe3" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

2.3 Choose whether to share the connection or keep the previous settings:

<div align="left"><figure><img src="https://1055512216-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FOFxU2LUkJMCfvbE2re5C%2Fuploads%2FmpNTF6HXLwFxAKbeaSes%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=8faacbae-d01f-42a9-9adc-ddde802500df" alt="" width="188"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

2.4 Log in to Facebook if needed and approve any missing permissions:

<div align="left"><figure><img src="https://1055512216-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FOFxU2LUkJMCfvbE2re5C%2Fuploads%2FTzVHIp5SvUourbYjGAQd%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=67402e4c-69f9-4716-83ce-5a9c20597871" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

2.5 Select the Facebook Page or Instagram Profile if you edited the data flow, or rerun the data flow:

#### 3. Check app permissions in your Facebook account

In some cases, if the connection was created with only one page selected, Facebook may not show the full consent screen during setup.

To check this, go to your Facebook account → Settings → Business integrations → View and Edit

Make sure the required page is selected in the ***"Read content posted on the Page"*** and ***"Show a list of the Pages you manage"*** sections.
