FAQ: What data flows does Google Sheets add-on display?

When you open Coupler.io Google Sheets add-on in a particular spreadsheet, you see a list of data flows created in that Coupler.io account, that are using this spreadsheet as a destination file.

If you want to pull data from a Spreadsheet1 and save it to a Spreadsheet2, you need to open Spreadsheet2 and open Coupler.io add-on in that document.

When you add a new data flow from the add-on, Coupler.io automatically populates the destination setting with the current spreasheet:

If several users add data flows in their personal Coupler.io accounts (not a shared one) with the same destination spreadsheet, each of them sees only their data flows. This prevents uninvited users from gaining access to your account's data flows by simply installing the Coupler.io add-on and opening it in the spreadsheet you shared with them.

If you want other users to see the list of data flows you have set up, you need to invite those users to your Coupler.io account. Please note that in case they already have a personal Coupler.io account, they will need to switch accounts in the add-on to see data flows, created by you.
