Add user to organization or workspace

There are two ways to invite users, depending on what level of access you want to grant.

Option 1: Invite to Organization

Action available only for Organization Owner

When to use this: When you want someone to be an Organization Owner with full access to billing and all workspaces.

Who can do this: Organization Owners

Steps:

1. From the Homescreen, go to Settings -> Organization → Organization Owners tab

2. Click "Invite new user" button

3. Enter the person's email address

4. Click "Send Invite"

5. They'll receive an email invitation to join as an Organization Owner

Result: The person becomes an Organization Owner with access to all workspaces and billing settings.

Option 2: Invite to Workspace

Action available only for Organization Owner and Workspace Admin

When to use this: When you want someone to work in a specific workspace without organization-level access.

Who can do this: Organization Owners and Workspace Admins

Steps:

1. From the Homescreen, go to Settings -> Organization -> Workspaces tab

2. Click "Manage" on the workspace where you want to invite the user

3. Click "Invite new user" button

4. Enter the invitation details: email, name and role ("Admin", "User", or "Guest".)

5. Click "Send Invite"

6. They'll receive an email invitation to join the workspace

Result: The person joins only the specific workspace with the role you assigned.
